Earlier in the month, Kourtney Kardashian’s youngest child, Reign made the headlines when he started throwing tantrums about needing candy at Ellen’s show. Ellen had surprised Kris Jenner during the show with a drop-in by Kourtney and six of Kris’s grandkids.
Inspired by Reign’s one-minute fame, here is a roundup of what all the Kardashian and Jenner kids eat daily;
Mason, Penelope and Reign Disick
For breakfast, the kids have gluten-free waffles with scrambled eggs. Lunch is a combination of carrots and celery with hummus and a gluten-free rice tortilla with sliced turkey meat or turkey dogs-no bun. Finally, for dinner, the kids get steamed veggies, gluten-free pasta, and/or a lean protein (preferably fish).
Oh, and in case you’re still wondering about Reign and his candy outburst, Kourtney noted that there are definitely a few exceptions to this “healthy all the time” thing.
North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm West
When it comes to what she eats, Kourtney is notoriously the most strict of all the Kardashians/Jenners, however, Kim isn’t so far behind her. As a matter of fact, Kim had earlier stated that she gives the kids the same things most children love, but she generally opts for a healthier version of the snack.
In fact, during the North’s formative year, Kim reportedly instructed her chefs to keep everything in the house sugar-free and organic. However, it seems she’s loosened up since then because her kids have all been photographed eating actual candy, cake, popcorn, chocolate, and many sugar-concentrated snacks.
Khloe’s beautiful daughter, True is just over a year old and likely isn’t eating too many junk foods yet. In fact, Khloe recently disclosed that even though she has been breastfeeding True, she adds formula to her breastfeeding routine.
Technically, I don’t need something like this because I breastfeed, but because I don’t produce enough milk, I also have to give a bottle with every feeding.
Rob is by far the most private of the family, so it makes sense we know the least about what his daughter is eating. However, we know that Dream recently had a dessert-filled birthday party where cakes, cookies, and a whole lot more were served. So while that is likely not Dream’s daily go-to meal, we can at least hope she had a nice and sugar-packed day.
Like Kourtney and Kim before her, Kylie Jenner seems focused on feeding her 1-year-old child a good amount of super-nutritious snacks. As a matter of fact, Kylie once disclosed that Stormi throws a lot of tantrums when she is not getting enough seaweed. In her words, she said;
Sorry, my baby loves seaweed and if she can’t have enough seaweed, she’s pissed.
