Xenophobia: Daddy Freeze Narrates How Okada Man Saved His Life

Daddy Freeze told a chilling story of how he was almost killed during the reprisal attacks by Nigerians following xenophobic attacks in South Africa.

Daddy Freeze has already spoken against Xenophobia even calling for a boycott of South African stores and products.

But he was almost a victim if not for the warning of an Okada man who informed him that they were killing ‘white people’ on the Lekki-Epe Expressway.

In a video on IGTV, the OAP narrated what happened stating that he wanted to get a few things from Circle Mall before going to see a movie when he was informed about the violence.

He bemoaned the rashness of Nigerians when it comes to controversies and how quick Nigerians are to take sides.

A visibly upset Daddy Freeze said he doesn’t consider himself a white man and that he’s a Nigerian from Oyo State with a Romanian mother.

He pointed out that the people killing in South Africa are black people, not whites and that of anything, white people are employers of labor.

He ended the video with a promise to go more in-depth in a follow up YouTube video.

In a later post, he also shared a video of hoodlums attacking a car that allegedly contained a Chinese man. He captioned it, “This is the video of the Chinese men that were allegedly attacked in the black SUV, if not for the police they would have been KILLED!

“Black South Africans attack fellow black Nigerians, Nigerians retaliate by attacking Chinese people???🙄

“Who did this to us? Who used Nigeria’s pant to buy Benz

“This was what the Okada rider saved me from.”

It’s a good thing Daddy Freeze is safe, the violence has really gotten out of hand.
