Spider-Man Leaves New York For Europe In “Far from Home”

Hey guys, our favourite web-slinging superhero is back again and this time, he is far away from home doing what he knows how to do best – trying to save the world.

Set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Spider-Man: Far From Home sees one of the world’s superheroes Peter Parker, played by Tom Holland, take on the mantle to save the world again when super-spy Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), a regular Avengers character, asks him to step up against a new enemy.

According to Tom Holland (Peter Parker) in a recent interview, he stated that even though Parker is trying to hang his suit in the upcoming superhero movie, he is caught in the web of choosing between spending time with his love interest, MJ on a school trip to Europe from New York and saving the world.

In his words;

We’ve taken Spider-Man outside of Queens and we put him on the world stage…we’ve taken him to London, Venice, Prague.

In this film, he’s trying to hang up the suit and not be Spider-Man for a while and take a break.

And wherever he goes it seems that trouble follows so we’ve caught him in a vulnerable state and we get to see how he deals with that situation.

Spider-Man: Far from Home, which begins its worldwide cinema roll-out later this week, is Holland’s second film in the leading role as the superhero and follows in the footsteps of Andrew Garfield from “The Amazing Spider-Man” franchise and Tobey Maguire who played the superhero in three movies from 2002 to 2007.

The movie follows on from Marvel’s “Avengers: Endgame”, the finale to a decade-long superhero series.
