A few days ago, news broke that Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) is being questioned by the Nigerian Police following rape allegations levelled against him by Busola Dakolo.
Now, according to news making the rounds, it appears that the Nigeria Police Force has gone beyond questioning Pastor Fatoyinbo to seizing his international passport and conducting searches on his home and office.
According to the reports, detectives from the Force Criminal Investigation Department(FCID), Abuja – investigating the alleged rape against the embattled pastor conducted a search on his residence and office yesterday before he was granted bail.
Furthermore, the reports claimed that the police also seized the Fatoyinbo’s passport, which is said to be part of the bail conditions granted to the pastor. Fatoyinbo was also made to provide two level-16 officers with landed property in Abuja before he was released on bail two days after he was initially invited for questioning.
A source in the loop of the investigation claimed the search on the cleric’s house was to find incriminating documents and other pieces of evidence that was revealed by witnesses during the discreet investigation conducted in the matter.

The home of the pastor and his office were searched today by detectives investigating the matter, but I cannot tell you what they found, but defiantly they were looking for incriminating documents and other evidence that was revealed by witnesses during the discreet investigation conducted in the matter.
Also part of the bail conditions given to pastor Fatoyinbo is that he provides two level-16 officers who have landed property in Abuja and that his international passport to be deposited with the police which he has done.
