Hollywood stars and power couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are now legally single and you know what’s weird: How quiet it’s been.
Normally around this time is when the handbags would come out and we’d have gotten one allegation after another and there would generally have been bad blood.
But that’s not the case with the two who have settled into a nice lull of mutual respect as they co-parent the 6 children they have together.
According to reports, a source divulged that things are just honky-dory between the two, “They both knew they needed to move forward with their lives,
“There’s no more drama. All of the dust has settled. They are and have always been focused on what is best for the children.”
This isn’t the first time we’re hearing about how civil things are between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie with a report in April claiming that an amicable co-parenting policy was a great help in keeping the peace. “The schedule has alleviated any of the planning pressures Brad and Angelina have faced in the past,
“Now the kids spend time with both their parents and are happy and thriving.” The same insider added: “While they don’t agree about everything, they rarely argue now. Brad and Angelina are now at a point where they can discuss their children’s plans calmly.”
With the divorce finalized, the two can now focus on what they’re best at: acting.
Angelina Jolie is set to return to the big screen with her movie, Maleficent 2: Mistress of Evil set to hit theaters soon, with the Oscar winner hoping that the movie is as well received as its 2014 prequel.
As for Brad Pitt, he also returns to the screen with Quentin Tarentino, whom he worked with for Inglorious Basterds, with a new movie; ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.
