1. 49-99 – TIWA SAVAGE

Former mavin records First Lady now Universal Music Group Signee, Tiwa Savage recently released her first official single with the new label and it is a world-wide hit song. It keeps getting better with Tiwa Savage as she’s not willing to take it easy.

The song was co-written by Olamide and Pheelz produced the beat. The title of the song is a reference to Afrobeats King, Fela’s 1978 hit song “Suffering and Smiling”. The song is about, how Nigerians suffer and smile at the same time with an example of “molue commuting bus” that has 49 persons sited and 99 standing.

2. AUDIO MONEY – RUDEBOY

Following the success of his hit song titled “Reason with Me”, the other half of the former duo, Rudeboy released another banger and it has recorded a huge amount of download since it’s release.

It talks about fake life people live on social media…It is a must-listen.

3. PAWON – OLAMIDE

Olamide is literally on fire this year. Between promoting his artiste, recording his own songs and co-writing for another artiste.

Pawon is his most recent song and it is a vibe that you should jump on.

4. BLOW MY MIND – DAVIDO X CHRIS BROWN

From what is expected of Davido, blow my mind is only a teaser to what is yet to be released by the singer.

If a teaser can achieve a huge amount of views on YouTube and streams, what is to come, has a competition.

The song is for lovers and the blend of the Nigerian and American voices did justice to the song.

5. RORA – REEKADO BANKS

Mavin Records artistes have so far been well-groomed by the boss, Don Jazzy to excel on their own and this is evident on Tiwa Savage and Reekado Banks.

The Song was produced by Tuzi with a combination of Afro-beat and Jazz and it is a build-up to his forthcoming album titled “Uncmn”.

6. ANYBODY – BURNA BOY

Since the release of this song by Burna Boy, it hasn’t stopped playing and the artiste is enjoying the fame that came with it.

“Anybody” is pure Afro-beat and the energy In the song sure deserve some accolades.

7. NANA – PERUZZI

One of the DMW crew member, Peruzzi just dropped a jam that is quite catchy.

After the release of “Majesty” which starred ex-bbnaija housemate, Cee-C, fans of the artiste have been on the look at for another banging tune from him and “NANA” came at the right time.

8. SOAPY -NAIRA MARLEY

This song has been topping the chart for months and so far, with the release of other amazing tunes by various other artistes, it has caused a decline in number but it didn’t stop the vibe on the song.

9. INTRO (DEAL WITH IT) – PHYNO

The frontline “Penthauze Music” artiste and boss has served us with a 21-track album titled “Deal With It”.

In it is the feature of talented artistes such as Runtown, Falz, Don Jazzy, Flavour, Phenom, Teni, Cheque, Zoro, Olamide and others.

Number one on the album is the song titled ” Intro” and it has spread like wildfire. Phyno is not playing on this and you need to go check it out.

10. BEGINNING – JOEBOY

The fast-rising artiste, Joeboy now have a track of hit songs which is amazing for newcomers in the industry.
