Its that time of the week when we recommend a list of fun flicks you can watch when you need to relax or pass time. This week’s list is filled with interesting cinema movies and recent web series that you can watch from the comfort of your home.

1. SQUARE PEG

This is a Nollywood web series showing on Ibakatv that will make you stay glued to your screens.

It is a story about a man who was trying to play smart by keeping another home outside his marriage and was unable to repair the damage when he tried to right his wrong because the second woman opened up to his wife.

2. LONG WALK TO NOTHING

This movie stars the veteran actor Zack Orji, Empress Njamah, Kenneth Okolie and Titi Joseph and is showing on Ibakatv.

Long Walk To Nothing tells the story of a wealthy man who fell in love with a lady after 17 years of loneliness. The challenge of acceptance from his family is the nature of her job as a taxi driver.

It tells us the story of some beautiful ladies that went on a trip together. Because of their competitive nature, the secret of everyone got exposed.

A lady falls in love with her brother-in-law and wouldn’t let go which made things weird and dramatic with no way out.

5. BLUE

This is a Ghallywood movie mixed with a blend of some Nollywood actors and it’s still showing in selected cinemas across the country.

It is a story about a warrior who had everything he could possibly want and a good a wife to compliment him but situations at home changed when a certain friend of his wife, returned home and started instigating her against her husband with poisonous thoughts.

Directed by Phillip Pratt and starring Albert Jackson, Emmanuel France, Eve Esin, Jerry Botwe.

6. DON’T GET MAD EVEN

The anticipation is over, you can now watch the movie in the cinema which will be worth your money.

Two brothers who weren’t close due to the different path they both choose to follow in life”.

It led to lots of conflicts and continuous scheming for revenge to make the other jealous.

It is a Family comedy Nollywood movie directed by Wale Ojo starring Femi Jacobs, Jide Kosoko, Nancy Isime, Toyin Abraham, Patience Ozokwor.

7. OVERCOMER

Newly released must-watch Hollywood drama that tells the story of a young man who had a life-changing experience that led to the shutting down of what he has worked so hard for due to certain bad news he received that changed his focus on his family survival.

Was he able to overcome this temptation? The drama was directed by Alex Kendrick and stars actors such as Thompson Aryn Wright, Elizabeth Becka and many others.

8. SYERAA

This is an India movie directed by “Surrender Reddy” showing in all cinemas nationwide.

It tells the real-life story of a man called Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who revolted against atrocities in East India Company many years ago.

It is an emotional and action movie.

9. MY PEOPLE, MY COUNTRY

It is a Chinese movie directed by Hu Guan and Kaige Chan starring Arthur Chen, Yelin Gao and You Ge.

Since the independence of China, a lot has happened and the people have had to undergo certain changes too. This movie helps to showcase those changes.

10. JOKER

Hollywood Crime movie directed by Todd Phillips starring Joaquin Phoenix, Robert De Niro and Zazie Beetz.

A real-life story transformed into a movie. It tells the tale of a man who was disregarded by society and how he had to live with that.

It is available for viewing at most cinemas.
