It’s never easy to lose a child, unfortunately, that is the case with former beauty queen Gbemisola Scarlet and her husband Temi Gomez who lost their child hours after he was born.
The father, Temi Gomez, announced the sad news on his Social Media with a post in which he said: “Yesterday my son Eli Gomez was born. Beautiful, chubby with plenty hair. Buried him this morning at Ikoyi. I guess he was too good for this earth. May God give me the strength to be there for his mum & give us peace at this trying time.”
Little else is known as to why this happened, but it was a sad situation and many sent consolatory messages with one follower responding to Temi Gomez: “My condolences brother. I dont have the right words, but may the Almighty God comfort you at this time and grant you the fortitude to bear the loss. Like all other times, this too shall pass”
Another added: “So sorry about this. Accept my condolences. May God give comfort you and grant you the fortitude to bear the loss”
