Popular American comedian, Kevin Hart has been hit with a $60 million lawsuit. According to reports making the headlines, the new suit was lodged by the comedian’s alleged sex tape partner, who claims that Hart conspired with an accomplice to secretly record the sex tape.

The alleged victim, Montia Sabbag, claims that her 2017 tryst with Hart, who was married to Eniko Parrish at the time, took place in a Las Vegas hotel room and was planned by Hart and friend, JT Jackson.

In her 38-page complaint, Sabbag says she now believes Hart, recently badly injured in a car crash, allowed his friend Jonathan “JT” Jackson to record the intimate encounter that later ended up on the internet.

It reads;

Hart conspired with Jackson to intentionally record Ms Sabbag naked and engaged in private sexual relations with Hart in a private bedroom at the Cosmopolitan without her knowledge or consent for the purpose of obtaining tremendous financial benefit for himself.

Sabbag claims in the suit that Hart was motivated by publicity and that is the reason behind the allegedly hidden camera. She is seeking compensation for damages related to intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.

Despite the alleged infidelity, Kevin Hart remains married to his wife, Parrish. The pair had their first child together, Kenzo Hart, on November 27, 2017.
