Nick Cannon said he’s feel like a failure if he was in Steve Harvey’s shoes having to watch his daughter date a much older man.

The actor and MC was speaking to Vlad TV and he voiced his opinion on the relationship between Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Lori Harvey who is the daughter of actor, Steve Harvey.

Lori is 22 while Diddy is 49 making the age difference a whopping 27 years.

Speaking in the interview, Nick Cannon while talking about the need for R.Kelly to get a better publicist, also spoke on the age difference issue. When asked if he has a problem with the age difference, he asked the interviewer “Do you have a problem with that?” and when the interviewer said ‘Not so much’ he added “I wouldn’t have a problem with that but i’d be heartbroken if that was my daughter”

When the interviewer pointed out that Diddy hangs out with Lori and Steve Harvey and the rest of the family, Nick Cannon said “To each his own, but i’d feel like I failed as a father if i’m sitting across from the table with a dude the same age as me that’s dating my daughter”

Nick Cannon also tried to look at it from another angle, noting that the age difference between he and ex-wife Mariah Carey was 10 years and that since his mother had him at age 16, she is still within the same age bracket as the legendary singer and that the two actually hang out.

Meanwhile Steve Harvey will be bringing the highly successful American game show ‘Family Feud’ to South Africa.

“Bringing Family Feud to Africa has long been a dream of mine,” Harvey said in a statement. “I believe Family Feud will become a household name for local South African and Ghanaian families. And this is just the beginning in Africa. I expect this show to lead to multiple media and business projects in and throughout the continent.”

The show will air in South Africa and Ghana.
