Falz and Charly Boy

Two of the most regarded social critics on the Nigerian scene, Falz the Bahd Guy and Charly Boy are coming together to release a new project.

The former, was already popular, but really started to become known as a social critic after he released his highly acclaimed single ‘This is Nigeria’ which had stylistic similarities to Childish Gambino’s ‘This is America’.

Charly Boy is a well known critic and champions of the blue-collar man and had earned himself the nickname ‘Area Fada’, a name that he owns proudly.

Charly Boy put out a post on his Instagram announcing the new project which is set to take on fake pastors who have been a scourge on society so far.

He captioned the post: “Every age has its pseudoproblems created by its fake prophets and pseudo-philosophers. Fake Pastors Watch-out! Pastor Charles and Brother @falzthebahdguy
Coming soon………

Falz on his part, released a new album called ‘Moral Instruction’ earlier this year which was highly acclaimed getting rave reviews from listeners and critics alike.

The album was so impressive that it has been used as University projects with someone sharing a tweet with Falz where he showed the project he wrote.

“Good morning sir, I worked on your new album released on January 15, 2019 titled “Moral Instruction” to figure out my goals, structuring and analysing the album using Stylistic analysis in English language.
Please help me to retweet and tag @falzthebahdguy”

Another guy also noted that 200 level students of political science had to learn about the album and his discography which was said to be part of their second semester exams.

“200 level students of political science were told to study your album ” moral instruction” .. And entire discography as we would be using it as a benchmark to analyse Nigeria’s political behaviour… For second semester examssss!!!!…..”
