Facts Emerge as Documents Released To The Public Point To Jussie Smollett’s Guilt

Jussie Smollett

If you thought the Jussie Smollett case was over– then you’re totally wrong as more facts have emerged pointing at the actor’s guilt.

Recently, the court decided to unseal Smollett’s case files and release it to the public which was then followed by intense investigation by various journalists and news agencies.

What they found made for grim reading.

Reports indicate that the unsealed files paint a picture of guilt for Jussie Smollett as it showed why Chicago Police and the former mayor were so incensed by the release of the actor.

The actor has maintained his innocence and has received the backing of his Empire co-stars.

However, the facts that have come out seem to show that despite Smollett’s insistence that he was not familiar with the Nigerian brothers whom he allegedly paid to beat him up, text messages between him and one of the brothers showed otherwise.

Also, the documents showed that as for the bruises on Smollett’s face, one of the brothers pulled his punches so as not to harm the Hollywood star while the other rubbed his knuckle into Jussie Smollet’s face to cause some bruising.

Both brothers are body builders.

The records also showed that the Chicago police were of the mindset that Jussie Smollett would admit guilt and take responsibility for his actions, so the decision to set him free and drop all charges made the Chicago PD feel blindsided.

This has increased pressure on Attorney Kim Foxx who was in charge of prosecuting the actor.

It seems that this is just a tip of the iceberg as more and more documents are set to be released to the public including surveillance footage of the night in question and notes from the detectives on the case.

On way or another, we are definitely set to know the truth of the Jussie Smollett case.
