Actor Francis Duru Celebrates 50th Birthday

Veteran Nollywood actor, Francis Duru turned 50 today and the elated actor took to his Instagram page to pen a lengthy caption stating how thankful and grateful he is to be celebrating this golden moment.

Sharing a picture of himself, he wrote;

How golden the moments..have been…5decades laced by and with His Grace..steeped in His mercies..His compassion faileth not …encapsulated by an undying love by He who watches over Israel and has kept His eyes on me..His mercies ever ever present in abundance as He washes me anew ..who am I that you are mindful of…it’s indeed a golden age…and now on the fifth floor…What can I say..oke Nna..dalu..imela…I give you thanks for this milleage …and pray and know i will still do another 5 decades..by your Grace oh.king of rejuvenation…dalu aa mmeka..ndewo oke Nna…thank u oh lord.

Francis Duru was born in Cameroon and he is a native of Imo state. He graduated with a degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Port Harcourt in 1996. He made his acting debut in the ’90s with his first movie Missing Mask but came into limelight after featuring in the movie Rattle Snake. He has over 50 movies to his credit including Sgt Okoro, Mama Sunday and Love Storm.

He got married to his beautiful wife in 2003 and their union is blessed with 3 lovely children, 2 boys and a girl.
